Senior Developer Community Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead daily operations of the global developer community, including content planning, engagement strategies, and community culture building to boost activity and retention.

2. Create high-quality technical content aligned with AI-related trends and product updates; manage social media channels across global platforms.

3. Independently design and execute online/offline community events such as tech meetups, workshops, and hackathons.

4. Monitor community metrics, conduct data-driven analysis, and develop actionable insights to drive sustainable community growth.

Qualifications

• Full-time bachelor’s degree or above from top 50 globally by QS World University Rankings, or a leading Chinese university (e.g., 211/985 project); background in Computer Science or related technical fields is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in developer community operations, developer relations, evangelism, or similar roles; proven success in event execution or community growth.

• Solid technical foundation with strong interest in AI and emerging technologies. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English.

• Strong event planning, project management, and cross-team collaboration abilities; highly self-motivated with strong empathy.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
