AI Search Engine Server-Side Development Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Use search, distributed and other technologies to engage in AI search service architecture design and research and development.
Participate in the design and optimization of memory systems, AI search, and engine architecture.
Research the storage and querying of index data, optimize the system architecture, and continuously improve system flexibility, performance, and stability.
Job Requirements
Full-time bachelor’s degree or above top 50 globally by QS World University Rankings, or a leading Chinese university (e.g., 211/985 project)”, majoring in computer-related fields; familiar with the Linux platform, 2+ years of search engine development experience, proficient in C/C++ and Python programming, RAG, and AI search development experience is preferred.
Master ES/vector databases/retrieval and ranking strategies, experience in search-related fields (such as information retrieval, indexing, ranking, distributed systems, RAG).
Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems, passionate about solving challenging problems.
Strong learning ability, good comprehension and communication skills, and good teamwork spirit.
